VITISOM is partner of the event "Wine University" organized by Bosco del Merlo company 5th April at Annone Veneto estate. Strategy, objectives and expected results were illustrated by Luigi Bersini of Castello Bonomi and Leonardo Valenti of the University of Milan, the project coordinator.
It was a great opportunity to engage industry sector and consumer, increasingly interested in environmental sustainability and soil conservation issues. Bosco del Merlo involved in the project as a test site, regularly organizes events focused on raise awareness about innovation, sustainability and quality of production.
