The Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) is a method of identifying and quantifying the consumption of matter, energy and emissions in the environment and assessing the potential impacts in physical terms that these generate during the entire product life cycle. In the wine sector, the LCA study makes it possible to identify environmental impacts from soil fertilization and determine the opportunities for improving the technologies from the transformation of raw materials up to wine production.
