VITISOM is getting ready to welcome the public on Saturday with an interactive sensorial journey. The most skilled who will succeed in making the vineyard-wine pairing will win a visit with tasting in the cellars of Franciacorta.

The competition is combined with a practical demonstration of the functioning of the prototype that allows to generate the maps of force. The test will take place by testing the machinery on a real vine wall in full vegetation, so you can appreciate the differences in vigor reported by the prototype. These experiences are intended to raise awareness on environmental sustainability and respectful use of our resources.
