VITISOM for consumers: safety, quality and sustainability

Castello Bonomi Franciacorta company partner of VITISOM, presented project strategy to some restaurant and wine shop in the area. Focus of dialogue: sustainability in viticulture, the common topic of interest from the final consumers and the public audience.

The project will be carried out assessments of the impacts of fertilization on the quality of grapes and wine, as well as about the influence of the different practice of fertilization on biodiversity, chemical characteristics of soils and GHG emissions.
