Leonardo Valenti’s team, project coordinator, disseminate the project in some of the major French wine producing areas in the occasion of a training trip organized by Sata Studio Agronomico, involved in the project for the assessment of soil biodiversity through BIOPASS Protocol.
These are the most important and famous wine areas visited: Cognac (distilleries Cabel Sarl), renowned for the production of wine distilled and extensive wine-growing area, the award-winning wine-growing area of Bordeaux, in the Médoc (Château Kirwan and Château Margau), St Emillon and Pomerol (Château Lamarzelle and Château Siaurac), Pessac-Léognan (Château Olivier, Château Venus, Larrivet-Château Haut-Brion) and finally the famous sweet wines producer area of Sauternes (Château d'Yquem and Château Sigalas Rabaud). During the trip the Project was also presented to the staff of the Boutes Company, producer of barrels at the international level. Travel companions some Italian wine companies, including Castello Bonomi, partner of the project.
