VITISOM host of the conference organized by Latterie Virgilio, coordinator of the LIFE DOP, the project to make eco-sustainable the production of Grana Padano and of the Parmigiano Reggiano. A precious opportunity for networking between the Made in Italy chains of excellence, the conference held in the splendid setting of the Palazzo Ducale of Mantova, was focused on the future food development towards environmental sustainability.

Speakers were President Paolo Carra, LIFE DOP project manager Giuliana D'Imporzano and the project manager of VITISOM LIFE Isabella Ghiglieno.
