Cabernet Sauvignon testing vineyard reach the correct maturation. Company technicians in collaboration with the University of Milan researchers, start field surveys and grape harvesting for microvinitions.
Precise vinification protocol is followed to ensure uniformity and rigor in the treatment of grapes, as the earlier white grapes in Franciacorta, which were already harvested.
There are eight wines obtained from those vineyard parcels so "experimental" because they are treated in a differentiated manner according to the fertilization method applied. The goal is to verify through chemical analysis and tasting, the infuence of these treatments on quality of the product.
