With the urea distributions at the Bosco del Merlo test site, the second distribution campaign is concluded at the 5 test sites involved in the VITISOM project. All the distributions of organic matrices have already been completed and today the distribution of urea is also closed. This last treatment, foreseen only for the experimental vineyard of Annone Veneto, has been included in order to compare the biological management with the use of exclusively organic fertilizers, with the conventional one that also includes the use of chemical fertilizers. The data collected with regard to soil impacts, in terms of GHG and on grape productivity and quality of musts, are useful for increasing knowledge on this issue in viticulture.
