Guido Berlucchi partner company of VITISOM inaugurates the first seminar dedicated to precision viticulture that has seen over 40 students from the University of Milan participate.
The first part of the introduction to the general concepts on the fertilization of the vineyard, with particular reference to the organic substance and its importance for agricultural land, was followed by a presentation of previous experiences on these issues.
Some project videos were included to better explain some specific aspects; finally, a tasting of some microvinifications produced by the first data collection campaign envisaged by the project was organized. During the tasting, the students filled out evaluation forms in order to identify the differences between the wines.
